1 Rory Plaza Inc. Announces Joint Venture With Major Asian Furniture Manufacturer.

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 5, 2000

1 Rory Plaza Inc., the parent company of AmericanHome.ws, an online home furnishings supersite, today announced that it tentatively has entered into a joint venture partnership agreement with Hua Yi Industry Co. Ltd. of Beijing.

The addition of popular, classic Chinese-style furniture to AmericanHome.ws will enhance the site's B2B (Business to Business) Refers to one business communicating with or selling to another. See B2B e-commerce, B2C and B2G.
