Police were called just before 8:20 p.m. to the 100 block of Raemere Street, where they found one man shot dead and two others suffering gunshot wounds, said Ventura County sheriff's Sgt. Harold Hanley. Hanley said the trio were approached by another group who pulled up in a vehicle, fired shots and then fled the scene. Police could not say what prompted the shooting. ``We're trying to confirm whether it's gang related or not,'' said Hanley. Hanley said the small neighborhood street is an area that has had gang- type problems and disturbances in the past, but the fatal shooting was a first in recent memory for typically quiet Camarillo Camarillo (kă'mərē`yō), city (1990 pop. 52,303), Ventura co., S Calif.; inc. 1964.
