IRISH comedian Brendan O'Carroll Brendan O'Carroll son of Maureen O'Carroll (former TD, Ireland) is a comedian, writer, actor and Director from Finglas, Dublin, Ireland.

He is short and balding, often wears a suit, and for a long time had a pony tail, until it was removed by Leeds Utd and Ireland footballer
 created a monster in the swearing, smoking and drinking Irish woman Mrs Brown. Three plays so far have featured her, and now comes number four. In For the Love of Mrs Brown she discovers the internet and sets up a date with someone called Hairy Harry. O'Carroll stars as Mrs Brown. March 10-15, Liverpool Empire.
