The Awards program is conducted annually by the Board of Realtors to recognize high levels of individual achievement in the number and dollar volume of real estate transactions compiled from the records of the Board's subsidiary, the Westchester Multiple Listing Service. Inc.

Holmes & Kennedy's Armonk office was the only Armonk firm to receive the Diamond distinction. With 2003 sales of $15 million and at least 40 transactions. Susan Slotnick was the agent honored.
