Leaders in Unified Communications solutions announce terms of

agreement that enables always-on unified communications.

Under the terms of their new agreement and a previously signed strategic relationship agreement, the companies will cooperate in the development of interfaces between 01 Communique's I'm InTouch unified communications solution and Glenayre's @ctiveLink two-way wireless messaging module. Each company will provide product marketing and support expertise and promote the interoperability of the products in their respective markets as part of their sales and business development initiatives. The result of this collaboration will be the combination of these two market leading products with the Handspring(TM) Visor(TM), one of the fastest selling Personal Digital Assistant's (PDA) in North America. As part of its standard product offering, Glenayre will pre-load the I'm InTouch software on @ctiveLink module which provides Always @ctive(TM) wireless functionality to the Visor PDA.

The integration of 01 Communique's unified communications software solutions and Glenayre's mobile communications solutions with the Handspring Visor will provide efficiency, portability and usability for people on the go, without compromising proprietary information or changing existing contact information. Handspring Visor users will now have the ability to wirelessly retrieve email, voicemail, fax and contact information.
