Paramax, the only pure technology vendor in the people performance and incentive industry, unveils a .Net version of its popular REACHOnline Web-based performance management software. The new version enables companies that run SAP, PeopleSoft, and CRM enterprise systems to capture the full potential of sales performance, employee recognition and consumer promotion programs.

The newly-developed .Net version is designed to capitalize on industry's increasing use of enterprise software by major companies to manage all aspects of their business. "Manufacturers and distributors both need performance improvement and loyalty software that can talk directly to their enterprise systems, both to reduce the need for costly data entry and to improve the speed of information flow," says Bill Wicklem, Paramax CEO. "We believe that incentive and promotion providers will eventually be specified out of Fortune 1000 business, if their technology isn't scalable to talk seamlessly to enterprise systems." He maintains that many of these companies would not dream of building their own customer relationship management or accounting software packages and the same reasoning applies to critical performance improvement and incentive software.

Founded in 1995 and based in Red Bank, New Jersey, Paramax Productions is the only pure technology Web services company specializing in software applications for the incentive industry. REACHOnline, Recognition Online, SmartEmail and GooeyGames are among its key products.
