Many people create a little shop of horrors right at home. Here are some who would like to scare you this Halloween:

Agoura

Matt Garrido and his friends have decorated his home at 5044 Benedict Court for old-fashioned fun. Thursday's celebration for kids includes storytelling Storytelling

Canoga Park

Wendy Buckley, 6422 Hanna Ave., has gone to a lot of trouble to create a cool Halloween adventure. Her home will feature a haunted graveyard, hell with a giant devil, a tunnel of terrors and more, and will be open 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Halloween night.

Canyon Country

For the fifth year, the Hillman Hillman was a famous British automobile marque, manufactured by the Rootes Group. It was based in Ryton-on-Dunsmore, near Coventry, England, from 1907 to 1976. Before 1907 the company had built bicycles.  family has created a giant maze and haunted cemetery, complete with witches, ghouls, vampires, fog and the living dead. The display is on from 6:30 to 10 tonight, Sunday and Thursday at 19215 Calla calla or calla lily: see arum.

The Mincer family has decorated their home with ghosts, lights and pumpkins at 17311 Los Alimos Ave. Drive by any night through Halloween.

Kiko Vargas Jr. has set up a little ghost house for his 3-year-old daughter, Ashley, and other youngsters ages 2 to 5 years to visit on Thursday. It is more entertaining than scary at 11030 Genesta Ave.

Mission Hills

The Shelhorn-Smith family has a haunted house A haunted house is defined as building that is believed to be a center for supernatural occurrences or paranormal phenomena.[1] A haunted house may contain ghosts, poltergeists, or even malevolent entities.  that features lights, flying bats, skeletons, 6-foot homemade ghouls, freshly killed body parts and a graveyard. The ghoulishness starts after 4:30 p.m. Thursday at 10864 Marklein Ave.

Moorpark

The Mostacciuolo family's haunted house features witches, skeletons, ghosts and a graveyard at 2287 Trinway Ave. It will be open from 6 to 10 p.m. Thursday.

Noah Korda, a makeup artist and prop maker, has decorated a house that will truly scare. This big-time production starts when the sun goes down Thursday and runs till 11 p.m. at 13350 Weddington St.

Winnetka

Todd Trail calls it the Halls of Horror. From 7 to 11 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday many scary characters will be haunting the place. The display features a graveyard, a laser hallway and an animated dragon at 7434 Quakertown Ave. in Winnetka. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
