1.5m, excluding expenses, in new funding through the issue of 3m shares
to existing and institutional shareholders. Chief executive David
Chestnutt said the cash will be used to pay off a short term pounds
500,000 loan, strengthen the balance sheet and will also be invested in
a new generation of cleaning machines. He added: "Proventec is in a
good position to take advantage of the significant opportunities within
the healthcare and industrial markets."
