Its MicroStation CAD software is used by major corporations for engineering large projects, including buildings, airports, hospitals, bridges and industrial Motors, a subsidiary of Volkswagen AG Volkswagen AG (VW) Major German automobile manufacturer. It was founded in 1937 to mass-produce a low-priced “people's car” (Volkswagen). After World War II the company was rebuilt with Allied help, and within a decade it was producing half of West Germany's (Xetra: VW), has completed its European PR team line up. Kerstin Sachl is named Head of PR, Europe, Tom Housley has been chosen as PR Manager for Europe East, and Fransizka Rothe is the PR Manager for Europe West. The new team is based at the automaker's headquarters in Crewe, United Kingdom.
