As part of the strategy of Restrac's ConnecTeam Partner Program, users of Restrac Hire software will be able to post job openings automatically to the IntelliMatch database on the World Wide Web, and receive resumes that are e-mailed over the Internet in response to those openings. The resumes will then become part of the posting company's Restrac Hire database, which is used to select and hire the most qualified applicants from the resumes received.

The partnership with IntelliMatch extends and complements Restrac's ConnecTeam product strategy designed to electronically connect all participants in the hiring process -- from job applicants to hiring managers. For IntelliMatch, this relationship extends the benefits of its unique service and structured resume builder to a wider audience both via the Internet and Intranet.
