(TDM) UB Networks Announces James P. McCormick Promotion To Vice President, Finance.


SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 20, 1995--UB Networks today announced the promotion of James P. McCormick to vice president, Finance.

In his new position, McCormick will be responsible for integration and management of all finance and accounting functions.

Joining UB in 1994, McCormick served as group director for Financial Planning and Analysis where he was responsible for driving financial analysis of company overall performance. Other accomplishments at UB Networks include automation of reporting for revenue, gross margin, and spending for divisional control and decision making purposes.

"James has assembled a team of people that have proven their ability to provide excellent analytical work, effective planning, and a balance of tracking and controls to monitor company revenue."

Prior to joining UB Networks, McCormick spent five years at Tandem Computers where he served in numerous management positions in financial planning and analysis. He has held positions as controller at Howard Gas & Oil Co. and senior accountant at Ernst & Whitney.

McCormick holds a masters of business administration from the University of Michigan and a bachelor of business administration in accounting from the University of Toledo in Ohio.
