Plc, held Sept. 19, 1995, shareholders approved acceptance of a private placement of 3.5 million pounds sterling by South Crofty Holdings Ltd. (the "company") which has now been funded. This placement has increased the direct and indirect holding of the issued shares of South Crofty Plc to approximately ap·prox·i·mate adj. 1.
