(POL) TURKISH MINISTER SAYS RETURN FROM MOUNTAIN PROCESS CONTINUES.

ANKARA, Oct 26, 2009 (TUR tur: see ibex. ) -- The Turkish state minister for media said on Monday that "return from the mountain" process continued.

Turkey's State Minister and Deputy Prime Minister A Deputy Prime Minister or Vice Prime Minister is, in some countries, a government minister who can take the position of acting Prime Minister when the real Prime Minister is temporarily absent.  Bulent Arinc said that the government had only interrupted the process of bringing the members of the terrorist organization PKK PKK Player-Killer Killer (multiplayer gaming)

 from the mountains.

"We have not totally given up the process," Arinc told the private NTV channel.

Arinc said that the government was saying that the process of bringing the members of the terrorist organization PKK could continue and terrorism could be eradicated.

The minister said that there could be so big incidents and Turkey could come to such a negative point that the interruption process could be extended for some more time.

Arinc enumerated This term is often used in law as equivalent to mentioned specifically, designated, or expressly named or granted; as in speaking of enumerated governmental powers, items of property, or articles in a tariff schedule.  the two steps of the process as ending terrorism and raising democratic standards, and underlined importance of bringing PKK members from mountains to end terrorism.

"If you cannot control those who are climbing the mountains and if you cannot enable members to come down from mountains, and if they are deployed in and out of Turkey, then this means that terrorist acts will continue," Arinc said.

Arinc also said that there would be more PKK members who would return to Turkey in November.

On October 19, 34 PKK members, coming from the north of Iraq, surrendered to Turkish gendarmerie gen·dar·me·rie

Security forces released all the surrendered PKK members.

Turkey was expecting some more members of the terrorist organization from Europe to arrive in Istanbul on October 28. However, their arrival was postponed after popular and political reactions to a welcoming ceremony during the surrender of 34 PKK members last week.
