(POL) NUMBER OF REPRESENTED PARTIES AT PARLIAMENT RISES.


ANKARA, Nov 11, 2009 (TUR) -- The number of political parties which are represented at Turkish Parliament increased.

Mesut Yilmaz, a parliamentarian from the northern province of Rize, joined Democrat Party, and the number of political parties represented at Parliament increased from six to seven.

After, Yilmaz's joining DP, the distribution of parliamentarians at Parliament is as follows;

Justice & Development Party (AK Party): 338

Republican People's Party
