Revenue for the third quarter ended April 30, 1995 totaled $1,796,000 compared to $1,042,000 for the same period last year. Sales increased 73% in Q3 (FY95) vs. Q3 (FY94) due to the strong popularity of Metrowerks CodeWarrior, the company's flagship programming language software product. Revenue for the nine month period ended April 30, 1995 totaled $4,566,000 compared with $1,460,000 for the same period last year.

Net earnings amounted to $126,000 ($0.02 per share on a fully diluted basis) compared with net earnings of $33,000 ($0.01 per share on a fully diluted basis) for the third quarter of the previous year. This is the fifth consecutive profitable quarter for the company. Net earnings for the nine month period ended April 30, 1995 amounted to $191,000 ($0.02 per share on a fully diluted basis) compared with a net loss of $695,000 ($0.08 per share on a fully diluted basis) for the same period last year.
