Established in 1971 by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), NASDAQ is an automated quotation system that reports on : KIDO; KIDOW) announced that the SEC recently declared effective, under the Securities Act of 1933, a registration statement filed by the Company on behalf of certain selling stockholders, none of whom were affiliates of the Company. Under the terms of that transaction, shares of Preferred Stock having an aggregate purchase price of $2million are issuable to Sellet. Of that amount, the Company has received $750,000 and expects the balance of the Preferred Stock to be issued and sold at one or more closings to occur in the near future.
