(GEN) TURKISH STATE MINISTER ADDRESSES SILK ROAD FORUM IN BAKU.BAKU, Nov 11, 2009 (TUR tur: see ibex. ) -- Turkish State Minister Hayati Yazici participated Wednesday in the Second International Silk Road Silk Road Ancient trade route that linked China with Europe.
