(GEN) TURKISH FINANCE MINISTER LEAVES FOR RUSSIA.ANKARA, Nov 11, 2009 (TUR tur: see ibex. ) -- Turkish Finance Minister Mehmet Simsek left Tuesday for Russia to participate in a meeting of Turkish entrepreneurs. Simsek is set to deliver a speech on "Fiscal Policies in Global Economic Crisis" under the meeting, which is organized by Turkish Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEIK DEIK Dis Ekonomik Iliskiler Kurulu (Foreign Economic Relations Board; Turkey) ). Head of Turkey's Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB) Rifat Hisarciklioglu, and chairman of the Turkish-Russian Business Council of DEIK, Cem Kozlu, will also participate in the meeting.
