(DIP) TURKISH INDUSTRY & TRADE MINISTER IN BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA.


BOSNI,ANov 3, 2009 (TUR tur: see ibex. ) --HERZEGOVINA - Turkish Industry & Trade Minister Nihat Ergun Ergun, river, China: see Argun.  met Foreign Trade & Economic Relations Minister Mladen Zirojevic of Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Economic and commercial relations between Turkey and Bosnia-Herzegovina were high on agenda of the meeting.

During the meeting, Ergun highlighted importance of establishing market economy in Bosnia-Herzegovina.

"We should support our businessmen and investors. We also need to extend support to the small and medium scale enterprises (SMSEs). We are ready to assist Bosnia-Herzegovina in this process," he said.

Ergun called on Bosnian Bos·ni·a  

1. A region that constitutes the northern part of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was settled by Serbs in the 7th century and became an independent state in the 12th century.
 businessmen to invest in Turkey.

Zirojevic, on his part, said that Turkey and Bosnia-Herzegovina signed a free trade agreement in 2003, but could not yet benefit from it.
