(DIP) PM ERDOGAN SPEAKS WITH GADDAFI.ANKARA, Aug 29, 2009 (TUR tur: see ibex. ) -- Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan had a phone conversation with Libyan leader Muammar al-Gaddafi and congratulated him on the 40th anniversary of Libyan revolution, Erdogan's press office said on Friday. Erdogan thanked Gaddafi for his invitation to celebrations but apologized for not being able to attend due to his busy schedule, his office said in a statement posted on its internet site.
