(DIP) PAKISTAN'S STRUGGLE AGAINST TERRORISM WILL SUCCEED, PM ERDOGAN.


ISLAMABAD, Oct 26, 2009 (TUR tur: see ibex. ) -- Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Monday he believed Pakistan's struggle against terrorism, a common enemy of humanity, will carry this country to success.

Addressing Pakistani parliamentarians in Islamabad, Erdogan said that Pakistan was not alone in the fight against terror and radicalism.

I am pleased to be in Pakistan, a friendly and brotherly country, Erdogan said.

My government and the Turkish people are beside their Pakistani brothers and sisters in Pakistan's struggle against terror. This is high time for unity and solidarity.
