Bulent Arinc met with the Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Gia Khiem in Ankara on Friday. Speaking at the beginning of his meeting with Khiem, Arinc said that "in 2008, Turkey and Vietnam celebrated the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations. Touching on the achievements of Vietnam, Khiem said that his country had an annual growth rate of 7-8 percent.
