Turkish director Tolga Ornek was presented with "the Best Director Award" with his "The Cars of the the Revolution" on Sunday's closing gala and prize ceremony at the Frank Sinatra School of The Arts The Frank Sinatra School of the Arts is an art high school located in Long Island City Queens, New York. It was established by Exploring the Arts, a charitable organization co-founded by Tony Bennett. as another Turkish director, Hakki Subentekin, received "the Best Short Film Award" with his "Allica." Turkish actress Meltem Cumbul received "Woman in Cinema Award" for her role in 2005 movie Gonul Yarasi (Lovelorn).
