WELLINGTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 19, 1996--BE Aerospace Inc. (Nasdaq-NMS: BEAV BEAV Binary Editor and Viewer ) announced today that upon the issuance of $100 million of its 9-7/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2006 and consummation of its acquisition of Burns Aerospace Corp., it will make a consent payment of $20 for each $1,000 in principal amount of its 9-3/4% Senior Notes due 2003 to all registered holders of the Senior Notes as of the Expiration Date Expiration Date
