The company has been granted an exclusive International Distribution Agreement from AVL Information Systems Ltd. of Sarnia, Ontario which has been a leader in "event-based" automatic vehicle location and wireless communication for over 10 years. It is the intention of the two companies to form a close working relationship to quickly expand into this growing marketplace.
