New 7,500 sq. ft. Sales Center Introduces
Revolutionary New Way to Shop for a Home

CINCINNATI, May 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Zaring Homes, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZHOM) announces the Grand Opening of its "Zaring Homes Design Gallery" located at 5885 Pfeiffer Road, in Cincinnati, Ohio, just west of the intersection of I-71 and Pfeiffer Road next to the Blue Ash Conference Center and Hotel. The unique 7,500 sq. ft. sales center showcases Zaring's designs and the thousands of interior and exterior finishes available to both new and potential Zaring home buyers.

Strategically located workstations, each devoted to a particular finish such as carpet or ceramic tile, allow buyers in the Gallery to comfortably view the many choices available for their new home. Shoppers can also tour several different full-sized gourmet Kitchens; luxurious, decorated Baths; and custom Libraries accented with cozy fireplaces and convenient built-in computer cabinetry. Gallery Director Laura Klein and her professional staff of Design Consultants can provide sales information about any Zaring home, community, or supplier. "Families will feel at ease here," says Ms. Klein, "we even have a play room for the children." The Gallery is open daily 10-6, except Thursdays 10-8 and Saturdays 10-5; it will be open Sundays on a select basis.

The Design Gallery complements Zaring's mission of complete customer satisfaction, the root of its Total Quality Management Program. "We believe our customers' expectations will be exceeded by offering them a wide variety of choices in a beautiful retail atmosphere," said Founder and Chairman Allen G. Zaring. "After the buyers' selections have been completed at the Gallery, we can give them an actual, guaranteed delivery date, a practice that's rare in the industry."
