'Torching bid' trio arrested.THREE British men who allegedly battered an estate agent and threatened to torch him were arrested in Spain yesterday. Delroy Henry, 39, Baldev Singh Baldev Singh was an Indian Sikh political leader, he was an Indian independence movement leader and first Defence Minister of India. Moreover, he represented the Punjabi Sikh community in the processes of negotiations that resulted in the independence of India, as well as , 48, and Stephen Woodall, 37, claim they were trying to get back pounds 52,000 from the agent. They were arrested on suspicion of kidnapping kidnapping, in law, the taking away of a person by force, threat, or deceit, with intent to cause him to be detained against his will. After the arrests officers are said to have found a can of petrol on the back seat of the car used by the three men. A police source claimed: "They wanted to threaten to burn him.
