'Tis the season to shimmer; fashion Laura Davis shows you how to add some glitter to your outfit.

WHY wait for Christmas to sparkle when anything dazzling goes this season?

Glitter, sequins and crystals embellish everything from dresses to neck scarves to handbags.

Colours are broader than the usual gold and silver - pick pretty block brights for a fashion forward look or trawl trawl - To sift through large volumes of data (e.g. Usenet postings, FTP archives, or the Jargon File) looking for something of interest.  through vintage shops for something subtler in bronze or black.

From elegant sweeping gowns to funky minis, there is something for everyone - so make like a magpie magpie, common name for certain birds of the family Corvidae (crows and jays). The black-billed magpie, Pica pica, of W North America has iridescent black plumage, white wing patches and abdomen, and a long wedge-shaped tail. It is altogether about 20 in.  and hunt down something especially shiny.

THE location for this week's fashion shoot is Circo, the latest offering from the Korova Corporation, which brought Alma de Cuba and Negresco to Liverpool.

Situated at the Albert Dock, this new bar-restaurant is filled with vintage finds uncovered by owner Rob Gutmann on his travels in Europe.

The venue includes a stylish bar area split into two rooms - one a dark speakeasy Speakeasy - Simple array-oriented language with numerical integration and differentiation, graphical output, aimed at statistical analysis.
