Nigel Evans Nigel Martin Evans (born 10 November 1957) is a British politician. He is the Conservative Party Member of Parliament for the Ribble Valley constituency.

Nigel Evans was born in Swansea, Wales and was educated locally at the Dynevor School and the University of Wales,
 and wife Sarah run Four Seasons Fancy Dress shop on Penarth Road, Grangetown, Cardiff For other places with the same name, see Grangetown.
Grangetown is an area in Cardiff, Wales. It is one of the largest districts in the south of the city and is bordered by Riverside, Canton and Butetown. The River Taff winds its way through the area.
. They signed up for an eBay shop (which trades under the name4SGfancydress) two years ago in order to generate more traffic to their website,www.henandstagparty.com.

"We found that eBay is accessed by a whole host of customers, who wouldn't really hear about us," says father of two Nigel, from Barry. "Our main aim in signing up with eBay is to convert them to our site.

Once eBay customers across the UK have heard about our business and have experienced our service, the hope is they will become our customers and come directly to our website.

"Our Christmas costumes - the elves, Santa and nativity outfits - are always massive sellers at this time of year."

Four Seasons started trading in fancy Christmas decorations, before Nigel and Sarah incorporated Halloween fancy dress, which soon overtook the decorations sales.

They now provide a wealth of fancy dress ideas year-round and specialise in stag and hen night hen night
