'Star' employees get honored.

The top award of the evening went to Glenn Popowitz, who was recently promoted to vice president of property management. He was honored for "Outstanding Performance and Dedication." Since joining Westminster Management in 1996, Popowitz has consistently assumed additional responsibilities. At least half of the properties receiving 2003 STAR awards were under his leadership.

Several new awards were added to the program and also included monetary compensation. Property manager Stacey Farro was one of three individuals recognized for "Self-Sacrificing Service Above and Beyond the Call of Duty," demonstrated by her willingness to take on responsibility for additional properties and work extra hours. The other managers honored with the award were Edie Klischer and Tobias Sahl.

Other employees recognized by the company's leadership included: Jeanne Bermudez--Manager of the Year; Cliff Shack--Leasing Consultant of the Year; Alex Lopez--Service Supervisor of the Year; and Josh JOSH Joshua
