'Sick' Tobin delays trial; KILLER.


THE trial of the man accused of killing student Dinah McNicol 18 years ago had to be stopped yesterday when he fell ill.

Peter Tobin, 62, was being taken to court when he claimed to be poorly.

Mr Justice Calvert-Smith had to send the jury home, telling them: "The defendant's in hospital."
