Andrea Conte Andrea Conte (b. 1941) is the First Lady of Tennessee, the wife of Governor Phil Bredesen (2003 - present). She is a 1968 graduate of the University of Washington and a registered nurse.  and Sybril Bennett moderate the Nashville program, which follows Hedrick Smith's nationwide special. The two-and-a-half hour national program begins at 7:00 p.m. with the half-hour examination of Nashville's own offerings set to begin at 9:30 p.m.
