'Save the Earth Fest 2000' Benefit Concert Announced; Chicago's Independent Musicians to Perform in Support of Save the Earth Foundation.

CHICAGO--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--April 13, 2000

On April 30, 2000, The Double Door, one of Chicago's premier music clubs, will be housing a benefit concert for the Save the Earth Foundation.

This event is being co-produced by HomePrideProductions.com, a leading promoter A person who devises a plan for a business venture; one who takes the preliminary steps necessary for the formation of a corporation.

Tickets will go on sale for "Save the Earth Fest 2000" on Saturday, April 15 at 12 noon through TicketMaster, and will also be available at the Double Door box office (cash only, 12-6 p.m., Monday-Saturday). Ticket Sales for a capacity crowd is expected to raise a total of $5,000 for the foundation. The CAUSE:

The Save the Earth Foundation functions as a 501 (c)(3) non-profit corporation dedicated to the expansion of environmental awareness in our society. The Save the Earth Foundation embraces overall objectives which include: enhancing the quality of our global environment for the benefit of all people and promoting a better understanding of the effect that our society has on the long term health of our planet.
