Fiona, from Talbot Green Talbot Green (Tonysguboriau in Welsh) is a small commuter town, just north of the M4 motorway, in the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough of South Wales in the United Kingdom. Set specific, measurable, appealing, and realistic time-based goals as in 'I will be out of debt by December December: see month.  2009.' This is measurable with weekly cash flow reviews. Get support and stay upbeat.

Make the goal appealing by rewarding yourself at each milestone. Debt is aserious issue that has an impact on all areas of your life."
