'Rape' man death wish; NIGHTMARE.


A CHEF cleared of raping a woman who claimed she was too drunk to consent said yesterday the ordeal ordeal, ancient legal custom whereby an accused person was required to perform a test, the outcome of which decided the person's guilt or innocence. By an ordeal, appeal was made to divine authority to decide the guilt or innocence of one accused of a crime or to  made him want to die.

Peter Bacon, 26, said: "It's just like the worst thing. You just want to be invisible, want to die, or just not look anyone else in the eye ever again." Peter, of Canterbury, Kent, added: "I'm afraid of someone recognising me and making a scene." He had sex with the solicitor after a night of heavy drinking

  • Heavy drinking may also mean drinking alcohol to the point of Drunkenness.
. A jury cleared him at a trial last month..
