'Polite' teen in mugging.

A TEENAGER helped rob a 16-year-old of his mobile and money.

Judge Anthony Cleary said he was "bewildered" that Craig Johnson, of previous good character, had ruined his good record and letters indicated he was polite and hard working".

Johnson, 19, of Colley Avenue, Low Hill, Wolverhampton, admitted robbery and was given a 12-month jail sentence suspended for two years, and ordered to pay pounds 706 costs as well as pounds 500 compensation to victim Stephen Mountford for the "terror" he endured.
