'PANCHO' BARNES TALK IS SET.Byline: Daily News PALMDALE- Author Barbara Schultz will talk about aviator Florence ``Pancho'' Barnes as the third installment in the Palmdale Playhouse's Distinguished Speaker Series at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
