This agreement follows on the commitment made by the two companies in December 2001 to more closely align with one another at all levels of the relationship, including sales, engineering and marketing.

Nokia now sells the full range of Check Point's market-leading VPN-1(R)/FireWall-1(R) solutions, including software product licenses, software subscriptions and support offerings integrated with Nokia IP Series appliances and Check Point's client and management software. Additionally, the new agreement facilitates the creation of attractive solution bundles -- a selection of Nokia network security appliances, Check Point software and Nokia Horizon Manager -- that simplify the procurement of the most popular combinations and provide customers with a "one-stop" purchasing experience.

Availability
