'No way' boy consented to sex acts.A JURY was told there was "no way on earth" a young boy had consented to a much older man having intercourse with him. Terence John Wheeler John Wheeler may refer to:
n. Sexual assualt. indecent assault Noun a sexual attack which does not include rape indecent assault n (BRIT) → , and four of indecency INDECENCY. An act against good behaviour and a just delicacy. 2 Serg. & R. 91. 2. The law, in general, will repress indecency as being contrary to good morals, but, when the public good requires it, the mere indecency of disclosures does not suffice to exclude with a child. The alleged victim, now married and in his 20s, told a jury at Caernarfon Crown court how Wheeler, a former engineer at Wylfa, had assaulted him between the ages of seven and 15. Wheeler told the court yesterday: "It didn't happen. So that's the end of it as far as I'm concerned." Describing it as "an abusive relationship of a much older man on a young boy", prosecutor Simon Mills said the alleged victim had never given consent to the acts. "Every time somebody does this to a child or young person even if there's nobody else there, there is a risk that some day they are going to tell," he said. The case continues.
