'LITTLE INDIAN' BIG IN FRANCE, JUST BAD IN U.S.

Byline: Chris Hewitt Chris Hewitt is a sound engineer, manager and entrepreneur best known for his contributions to the British music industry, particularly in the North West of England , specifically Rochdale, and in particular his close association with the cult rock band Tractor.  Knight-Ridder Tribune News Wire

The French "Little Indian Little Indian may refer to the following:

In geography:
, Big City" has been carefully dubbed into English, but with all the wrong voices coming out of all the right mouths, it still feels like you're at a ventriloquist's convention.

The likable Thierry Lhermitte plays a buttoned-down businessman who learns he has a son who was raised in the jungle. In another, the loincloth-clad "Indian" climbs the Eiffel Tower and the camera keeps looking up his skirt.

American audiences will also be puzzled by the movie's attempt to wring laughs out of child abuse - we're supposed to be amused when Lhermitte's crabby crab·by
