'Kingsley Coach Announces Dramatic Increase in Sales Activity'.

Business Editors

MIDDLEBURG, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 26, 2000

The Kingsley Coach, Inc. (OTC-BB:KNGS) announced today that the last four weeks have seen a dramatic surge in both sales orders and in requests for sales information.

The Company has processed orders for five Kingsley Coaches, to date, in the current month of September. Further, telephonic requests for sales information are running over three times higher than during any similar periods in the past. Ralph Dickenson, Kingsley's Chairman, said, "Our switchboard is really lighting up with calls. The interest out there is amazing. It shows that our marketing strategy is working, and we have only scratched the surface in terms of marketing efforts. I can't tell you how excited I am about the future."

Kingsley Coach manufactures unique, high quality motorcoaches on heavy duty truck chases. The unique design of the Kingsley Coach, with the engine in front, provides for several advantages over traditional rear engine units, including safety, durability, flexibility, and ease of service.

The Kingsley product line is designed for both recreational and commercial use and is produced in conjunction with a manufacturing alliance at the Thor America plant in Middleburg, PA with Thor America, Inc., a Thor Industries company, one of the largest RV manufacturers in the USA.

Terry Watkins, Kingsley's Chief Executive Officer, stated, "This all bodes well for the Company's future operations and it validates our conviction that the untapped market demand for our product is much larger than we ever imagined. It also lets us know that we have to continue to put greater effort into efficiently increasing our rate of production; this effort may eventually require additional capital, so we are currently exploring financing options." Kingsley anticipates announcing results for its quarter ended September 30, 2000 within the week.
