A MOTHER charged with murdering her teenage son was found hanged in her prison cell yesterday.

Helen Cole, 48, had been remanded in custody on Friday accused of stabbing stab

The domestic help was apparently intending to deny murder and claim she had been provoked.

A spokesman at Styal prison in Wilmslow, Cheshire, said: "Our sympathies are with the family. An investigation has been launched."

Andrew's body was found at home in Thornton, Lancs, on Wednesday.
