 tea over him.

Hours after mum-of-four Kerry was freed from police cells after a night in custody, David McHugh claimed she had stormed into his office, screaming foul-mouthed abuse, and attacked him.

He said bankrupt star Kerry, 28, who has just been cautioned by police for cocaine use, accused him of "destroying" her financially and misleading the insolvency firm dealing with her.

McHugh, 52, who was jailed for fraud in 2004, said Kerry's husband Mark Croft CROFT, obsolete. A little close adjoining to a dwelling-house, and enclosed for pasture or arable, or any particular use. Jacob's Law Dict. , a close friend of his, was behind her as she burst into his office in Warrington, Cheshire.

He said: "She started getting nasty and went for me. She caught my neck and ear and threw a hot scalding cup of tea over me. I've got bruises on my neck and side. My neck is still sore. The police wanted me to go to hospital but I decided not to."

McHugh said Croft, 36, sent him a text to make peace but he added: "I'm severing all contact with her. We never really got on very well."

Kerry, who until recently earned more than pounds 1million a year, was in floods of tears as she was arrested for assault at her home inWilmslow later.
