'KIDNAPPED' SUIT AGAINST COPS DISMISSED.

BURBANK - A federal judge has dismissed a civil rights lawsuit filed by a family claiming they were ``kidnapped'' by Burbank police, who detained de·tain

The ruling issued March 17 in U.S. District Court dismissed the suit filed last August by Eloisa Likens, her cousins Imelda Gatchalian and Patria PATRIA.
