'It's time to print Hitler's Kampf'.


HISTORIANS are campaigning to publish Adolf Hitler's book Mein Kampf Mein Kampf

 in Germany - where it has been banned since the end of the Second World War.

The copyright on the book, which sets out Hitler's Nazi vision and is available in other countries, is owned by the state of Bavaria but runs out in seven years' time.

Because anyone could then reprint reprint An individually bound copy of an article in a journal or science communication  it for propaganda purposes, academics are calling for a version to be published before then with notes and criticisms.

Academic Norbert Frei, one of those behind the move, says this edition must "have educational and societal value".
