'Ingenious' recognition for Clinton Blume.

This prestigious honor is presented to the first runner-up at the Real Estate Board of New York's annual Sales Brokers' Most Ingenious Deal of the Year Award ceremony.

Blume--a managing director at ABS--was recognized for his outstanding commitment to finding innovative solutions for the former tenants of 122 East 58th Street, the G&B Building. When the building was sold, Blume was able to find a single new home for all of its fifteen not-for-profit tenants and subtenants, in the General Society Center, at 20 West 44th Street on Club Row.
