'HOME' Art Show opens. (Transcripts).The 3rd annual "HOME" Art Show opened Nov. 19, with a gala evening reception, with artworks on display and on sale through to the end of January at the TriBeCa Gallery of Insignia Douglas Elliman, the city's largest residential real estate firm, at 90 Hudson St. The show, open to the public each year to raise funds for the Church Street School for Music and Art The Church Street School for Music and Art is Tribeca's only non profit school for the arts and is an institution that has served the downtown and outer community since 1990. It is located in Manhattan, New York. , features 19 Insignia Douglas Elliman artists exhibiting oils, acrylics, watercolors, drawings, photos and sculpture at the show. Last year the event earned $5,300 for the school. "Not only will the show benefit one of TriBeCa's most respected community organizations, it gives us the opportunity to showcase the talents of recognized painters and sculptors who have exhibited at well known galleries - and who also are real estate brokers for Insignia Douglas Elliman," commented Ken Malian, executive vice president of Insignia Douglas Elliman and director of the company's TriBeCa offices.
