Jarred Ball went 2 for 5, extending his season-high hitting streak In baseball, a hitting streak refers to the consecutive number of official games in which a player gets at least one base hit. Games in which a player does not have any official at bats due to walks, or sacrifice bunts, or being hit by a pitch, are ignored (neither break the streak  to 16 games, as the JetHawks had 17 hits.

Steve Garrabrants went 3 for 5 including his second homer in as many days, and Jay Garthwaite went 2 for 5 including a three-run homer in the sixth that broke open an 8-6 game.
