'HAWKS CAN'T MAKE STAND VISALIA 16, JETHAWKS 7.

LANCASTER - The 2000 JetHawks never lost a home stand on their way to the California League's best home record.

Not even three weeks into this season and the JetHawks have lost their first home stand. The JetHawks concluded their homestand at 3-4 with a 16-7 loss to Visalia before 2,834 at Lancaster Municipal Stadium on Sunday.

The JetHawks (11-7) were 51-19 at home during the regular season in 2000 (53-20, including postseason play). The last time they lost a home stand was 1999 when they dropped three of five at the end of July and beginning of August.
