Musicmaker.com currently has valid licenses from approximately 165 Labels that have been obtained over the past several years. All licenses provide for the payment of royalties for the use of the recordings and music copyrights, which are licensed to musicmaker.com from the appropriate organizations, and all of such royalties and copyrights are paid as earned or in some instances, paid in advance.
